By purchasing or using any product from TrainMe4Tech (Dare2CareComputers LLC, doing business as TrainMe4Tech), you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

Products and access

When you purchase a digital product you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal and internal business use. Purchases are delivered through Gumroad; your download is tied to your purchase email. Please don’t share your download links. We reserve the right to refuse service where we detect abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you’re not satisfied, email support@trainme4tech.com within 30 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Intellectual property

All products, templates, files, and written materials are owned by TrainMe4Tech and protected by copyright. You may adapt purchased templates and tools for your own use, including editing them with AI assistants, but you may not resell or redistribute them as standalone products without written permission.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep products available indefinitely and may update or expand them at any time; updates are included in your purchase at no additional cost. If a product is permanently discontinued, affected recent customers will be offered a refund or equivalent credit.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our products and training are for educational purposes; results vary with your effort, experience, and circumstances, and we make no guarantees of specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainMe4Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
